Your Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support children in the classroom, helping them engage with the curriculum and develop skills in social communication, independence, and emotional regulation.
- Work alongside teachers and therapists to implement individualized learning plans.
- Celebrate milestones and achievements, no matter how small, with the children.
- Build relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their childs progress.
