This very respected local organisation are seeking a HR Manager with good all-round knowledge and experience of HR and training processes to lead their busy and bustling HR Department.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the HR function and a busy team of HR Assistants and delegating tasks on a daily basis
- Forming ongoing relationships with line Managers and employees to maintain a happy workforce
- Preparing job specifications, processing applications received and conducting interviews
- Maintaining accurate staff records on computer system, recording holiday, sickness and absences
- Developing employee training plans, sourcing required training providers and co-ordinating training days
- Ensuring payroll information is completed accurately and to deadline on a monthly basis
