- Managing the running of both weekly and monthly payrolls.
- Ensuring service levels are met whilst maintaining strong relationships with 3rd party vendors including pension providers
- Managing payroll processes including Year Ends and P11Ds
- Able to run an accurate, compliant and timely payroll function.
- Support Payroll and HR Systems Projects
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships with HR and Finance
- Balancing payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
- CIPP is preferred but not essential
