Alexander Lloyd is delighted to be partnering with a well-known organisation on an exclusive basis. We are looking for a Senior HR Manager, to join their HR team on a Permanent basis.

You will be a key member of the HR management team, supporting the development and implementation of the people and organisation strategy.

This would suit an ambitious HR professional, who aspires to transition into the HR Director role.

Duties:

  • Leading and managing a team of experienced HR Business Partners
  • Acts as first point of contact for Business leaders providing HR support of all aspects of HR as required
  • Working with the HR Director to develop the HR strategy, establishing Human Resources policies and practices that meet the business requirements and ensuring integration with organisational strategies and acting as deputy as required
  • Leads the process of implementing great programmes and initiatives with the HR centres of excellence, aligned to business needs
  • Ensures the team delivers to support the business in all aspects of the employment lifecycle
  • Looks after budgets and achieving workforce plans
  • Leads on organisational change programmes and projects for the business, ensuring that effective communication and project management for successful delivery
  • Act as escalation point for complex matters including legal cases, queries and disputes
  • Leads in complex employee relationships issues and tribunal cases
  • Work with other key subject matter experts to ensure that the HR team deliver a collaborative and full service to the business

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience of working across multiple sectors in HR
  • Experience of working in a large/matrix organisation
  • CIPD qualification
