Are you a skilled Business Analyst looking for a new contract opportunity in Hounslow? We are currently assisting in recruiting a contract Product Definition Analyst / Business Analyst to join our client's team and collaborate closely with the Product Owner, developers, and testers to present solutions and provide support during their validation phase.
Responsibilities- Understanding and reviewing/clarifying requirements from the Product Owner/customer
- Translating user stories/design into functionality
- Delivering detailed solutions aligned with the product vision
- Identifying interactions and assessing impacts with other products/solutions
- Troubleshooting and investigating defects raised by customers
- Analyzing needs and proposing functional/technical solution recommendations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions
- Continuously monitoring the performance of delivered solutions and optimizing them for better efficiency and user satisfaction
- Experience in the Travel IT industry is a plus
- Understanding of designing, building, and operating large-scale, complex systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with other teams on a daily basis
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Interacting with Product Owners, Software Engineers, and Quality Assurance
- Troubleshooting and investigating defects raised by customers
- Providing functional knowledge for Sales, Account Management, Development, and Support requests
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and enhancements
