Temp 2 Perm Warehouse Operative

We have taken a new role for a warehouse supervisor for out client based in Hayes on a temp 2 perm basis.

Monday - Friday6am - 2.30pm £13 per hour

Duties Include:

• Despatch & Deliveries
• Running delivery notes
• Goods inwards
• Stock control and managment
• Picking items from stock and ensuring all orders are prepared for delivery
• Ensuring all routes are prepared for departure in the morning
• Ensuring vehicles are loaded safely and effectively
• Ensuring each day’s deliveries and paperwork have left the warehouse
• Ensuring that the day’s deliveries are allocated effectively (in collaboration with colleagues)
• Ensuring that vehicles leave in a timely manner, to agreed schedules
• Preparing allocating and scheduling timed and "off-route" deliveries into despatch schedule
• Preparing and despatching orders by courier/mail
• Recording all delivery and despatch information
• Supporting holidays & absence with driver cover for deliveries as required

Ideal candidate must have

• Forklift licence
