? Global Reach: Oversee the seamless movement of perishable goods across air, road, sea, and courier routes, making an impact on a global scale.
? Own Your Success: Build and grow the perishable customer portfolio, fostering strong relationships and driving continuous improvement.
? Be the Expert: Handle customs compliance, specialist license movements, and address any challenges with confidence and precision.
? Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with carriers, handling agents, and teams across the world, using cutting-edge systems like CargoWise / CDS to keep operations smooth and efficient.
As an Operations Team Leader (Perishable Goods) you will bring to the table:
?? Freight Forwarding Experience: 5+ years in the industry with a focus on perishable movements – you know the ins and outs of what it takes!
?? Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams to success, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and drive performance.
?? Customer-Centric: You're a pro at building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional touch.
