We are thrilled to be recruiting for a wonderful company based in Hayes who are looking to bring onboard a Client Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a family feel business.
If you enjoy working closely with internal teams and external clients, this could be the a great opportunity for you! This position encompasses a variety of tasks to get stuck in to during your working day including, order processing, invoices, delivery, reporting and many other tasks!
They are happy to have someone who has a little bit of customer service experience within an office, so if you have at least 1 years experience in an office, this could be a role for you!
Client Administrator Duties:
- General admin duties
- Working closely with finance team
- Updating booking systems
- Ensuring all sales invoices and shipping documents are correct
- Develop and monitor performance indicators
- Work closely with the sales support manager and other team managers
