As the Ecommerce Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a strategic vision for the company's digital channels. From enhancing brand visibility to delivering exceptional online experiences, you'll lead a wide range of initiatives aimed at maximising revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a 12-month rolling digital marketing plan, encompassing strong product offers and innovative campaigns.
  • Content Management: Ensure website content is engaging, accurate, and optimised for user experience.
  • SEO/SEM Management: Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and budgets to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Affiliate & Marketplace Opportunities: Identify and cultivate new revenue streams through affiliate marketing and online marketplaces.
  • Email Marketing: Design and deliver a comprehensive email marketing strategy to engage and retain customers.
  • Social Media Growth: Develop brand presence across platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Payment & Checkout Innovations: Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve checkout processes and integrate new payment solutions.
