Role: Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor – London – £400 - £500 per day
Role/Responsibilities:
- Candidate will take a lead role in the procurement process and ensure all Sub Contracts are placed correctly with the appropriate Main Contract Terms included
- You will oversee and manage the production of the variation account and the agreement process with the Client and be responsible for compiling of monthly project cost reports and the presentation of this to the Company Directors
- An ability to build relationships with your project team and their clients is a must. You will need to be a good communicator, self-motivated, and be comfortable with multi-tasking and working to deadlines.
- Experience with production of cost plans, and full M&E Tenders for projects would be a benefit.
- As a Senior Surveyor you will be responsible for managing other Surveyors of varying levels and provide support and training in order to develop their abilities and understanding.
The ideal candidate:
- Will have a minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience of running M&E projects.
- Professionally qualified surveyor or you will hold technical M or E qualifications and be able to demonstrate appropriate surveying experience in a similar role
