We are seeking an AAT Lecturer to deliver engaging and informative lessons for Accounting Apprenticeships at Levels 2, 3, and 4. This role is ideal for someone with prior apprenticeship experience and a passion for teaching accounting principles.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver structured lessons on the AAT L2 Certificate in Accounting, as well as higher levels.
  • Engage with apprentices to facilitate active learning and ensure comprehension of accounting principles.
  • Assess apprentice progress and provide constructive feedback to help them meet their educational goals.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and needs within the apprenticeship framework.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of apprentice progress and attendance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering apprenticeship training.
  • Strong knowledge of AAT curriculum for Levels 2, 3, and 4.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
