Salary £25,500 per year with a bonus of £2000 after being able to complete a route independently once training is completed.
Monday to Friday 6am - 2.30pm.
Average 25 drops per day.
Day to Day of the role:- Labelling orders and sorting the route into the correct delivery order.
- Loading the van according to the delivery schedule.
- Making timely deliveries to customers, considering their specific requirements such as date, time, and location.
- Collecting items as required, ensuring proper completion and updating of paperwork.
- Unloading the van completely each day upon return to the warehouse.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the van.
- Completing all paperwork accurately, including delivery notes, mileage, and delivery data.
- Assisting with warehouse duties as needed.
- Planning and organising skills to manage daily routes and work volume.
- Adaptability to manage changes in daily volumes and customer requests.
- Flexibility to take instructions and undertake various tasks as required.
- Customer orientation with a focus on providing high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills to interact courteously with customers and understand their requirements.
- Awareness of Health & Safety and safe working practices.
- Up to 6 points on your licence to drive their 3.5t vehicle.
- At least one year’s driving experience, with previous multi-drop experience in Central London preferred.
