Job Role – Multi-Skilled Operative / Caretaker
Rate of Pay: £18 - £20 per hour (depends on experience)
We are looking for a number of Multi-skilled Operative / Caretaker for an School based in Hays.
The ideal candidate will have experience in various trades and be capable of performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks. Also opening up / locking up and supporting the cleaning team.
Basic Duties:
- Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the School including Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Decorating.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain and care for all company tools.
- To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
You must have relevant experience, be reliable and have a valid Enhance DBS due to working at Schools.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm ( 1 x Operative )
Monday to Friday 12.00pm - 8.00pm ( 1 x Operative )
Immediate Start and paid weekly. This is a long-term ongoing work.
