Order Management Specialist (11 month contract)?? Location: Hayes (Office-Based)?? Salary: £30,000 + BenefitsAre you a detail-oriented and organised professional with a passion for customer service? We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join a team in Hayes. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth order process, from the moment an order is placed to its final delivery.Key Responsibilities:?? Processing consumer orders, including small and large items?? Providing PODs and tracking information?? Managing out-of-stock items and maintaining the open order book?? Handling customer inquiries via phone and chat?? Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently?? Maintaining accurate records and notes on D365?? Coordinating with internal departments for seamless operations?? Supporting the team by cross-training and covering key functions?? Managing sales and stock take calendars?? Chasing deliveries and ensuring timely fulfillment?? Processing and managing affiliate ordersWhat We’re Looking For:? Excellent administration skills and attention to detail? Strong verbal and written communication skills? Ability to work independently and within a team? Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving? Experience in customer service or order management is preferred? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively?
