✅ Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a PGCE or Bachelor of Education
✅ Be an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge
✅ Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2), with a strong understanding of the Year 6 curriculum
✅ Demonstrate excellent classroom management and the ability to create a positive learning environment
✅ Have a creative and flexible approach to teaching and be able to inspire and engage pupils
✅ Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
