Portfolio Procurement are recruiting a Buyer/Category Manager for a leading food supplier in London.

You be required to play an integral part within their category division in supplying fish to luxury food brands.

This is a full-time role where you will be required to work on site 5 days a week;

  • MONDAY - FRIDAY (4am - 12pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Product Management
  • Strategic Category Management
  • Quality Assurance
  • Working closely with stakeholders at all levels
  • Inventory Management

Experience:

  • 5 years Procurement/Category/Buying experience in Seafood or Fish
  • Must be CIPS qualified
  • Solid knowledge of fish products
  • Experience in overseeing teams
