Reward Specialist - UK & Ireland
Location: Stockley Park, Uxbridge (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days home)
Salary: Up to 60,000 + 10% annual bonus


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Reward Specialist to take the lead in developing and managing a comprehensive reward strategy. This role is integral to the HR function, working closely with senior leadership to ensure that pay, bonuses, and total rewards remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
The role involves overseeing the global grading framework, working within an established system to ensure consistency and best practice. There is also the opportunity to collaborate with a wider network of reward specialists across the business.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the annual pay and remuneration process, acting as an expert advisor to HR and Finance leadership

  • Drive pay transparency and bring the reward architecture to life for employees

  • Provide strategic advice on pay bench-marking and compensation frameworks

  • Conduct salary surveys and market bench-marking for new and existing roles

  • Design executive remuneration approaches and review benefit packages

  • Lead on gender pay gap reporting and broader reward initiatives


What's Required:


  • Proven experience in reward and industry bench-marking

  • Knowledge of global job evaluation frameworks (e.g., Willis Towers Watson)

  • Strong expertise in bonus and commission scheme design

  • Advanced Excel skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and build relationships at all levels
