About the Role

As the Front of House Manager, you will lead a team of Social Hosts, ensuring the smooth operation of front-of-house services. You will be responsible for managing reservations, guest relations, team performance, and operational procedures to uphold the highest hospitality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage reservations, arrivals, and departures, working closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and room availability.
  • Train, motivate, and manage a team of Social Hosts, ensuring high service standards.
  • Conduct regular audits on membership payments and oversee payment reminders.
  • Implement and uphold front-of-house standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Step in to support front-of-house operations during busy periods.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a front-of-house leadership role within hotels, serviced apartments, or co-living spaces.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire staff.
