Summary

An all-through diverse faith school based in Hayes are seeking a qualified Female Subject Lead of PE starting September. This is a full-time temp position working Monday to Friday term time.

The duration: Maternity cover until end of 2026 Academic Year. This school has an earlier start time of 7.45am and earlier finish time of 3pm.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Create and design innovative lessons to stretch and challenge learners
  • Play a pivotal role in working to support the secondary academy in the outstanding achievement of their students
  • Be responsible for the strategic development of all aspects of PE learning and attainment in the department whilst developing and supporting them in creating outstanding practice.

Requirements:

  • Current/previous experience of PE Subject Lead or are ready to become a Subject Lead
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Relevant degree
  • DBS on the update service or be willing to undergo a new check
  • The right to work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship)
  • A willingness to be challenged and not afraid of challenge
  • Following the ethos of the faith school (vegetarian school)
