SEN TA Role:
- Flexible positions: Full-time and part-time roles available
- Location: Based in primary schools in Hayes, London
- Competitive pay: £85 - £105 per day
- Experience: Prior experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
- Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)
Key Responsibilities of a SEN TA:
- Provide one-to-one or small group support to children with SEN
- Assist class teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Implement and track progress on Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Create tailored learning resources to support diverse student needs
- Foster positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional well-being
- Work closely with the SENCO and external professionals to develop effective support strategies
