Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), and have experience working in sports or other relevant settings?
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Coaches / SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools across West London and support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and challenging behaviour.

About the Role:

Provide one-to-one and group support for students with SEMH and challenging behaviour.
Assist in the delivery of tailored learning plans to help students reach their full potential.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to ensure the effective inclusion of all students.
Help create a positive, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
Support students in developing social skills and emotional regulation through sports and activities.
Ideally, the role will be full-time from 8:30am - 1:30pm, but we are also open to flexibility based on your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Support students in both classroom and pastoral settings.
Promote positive behaviour management strategies.
Use sports and physical activity to build students' confidence, teamwork, and resilience.
Monitor and track students' progress and report to the class teacher.
Assist with the delivery of lessons and engage students in learning activities.

About You:

Experience working with children, particularly those with SEMH and challenging behaviour (experience in a non-school setting is welcome).
Sports coaching experience or a background in physical activities is highly desirable.
A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to working with children.
A strong understanding of safeguarding practices.
A commitment to supporting students with a variety of learning needs.
No specific qualifications are required, but a passion for working with children is essential.
