Are you a Qualified Teacher looking to help change the lives of SEN learners?Can you think on your feet and pivot your teaching with the changing needs of your students?We are looking for resilient, passionate, and empathetic Teachers to work within our client’s schools, teaching students with a variety of needs. We work with a variety of schools including SEN and SEMH specialist settings as well as resource units within mainstream settings. You will be expected to work from 8:15am to 4:30pm, 5 days a week within your designated school.Every day can look different when teaching SEN learners, so it is vital that you are able to take a creative approach with your teaching. You could be working with a variety of ages and levels of learning across the primary and secondary curriculum, depending on the needs of the pupils.Many of the students you will be working with are engaged with multiple professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists or Occupational Therapists. This means that multiagency working must be at a high standard with exceptional communication standards.Teachers of all specialisms are welcome to apply, particularly those who can teach core subjects such as English, Mathematics and Science.The ideal SEN Teacher will have:
