Technical Sales AdvisorLocation: Hayes, MiddlesexSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Bonus (£40,000 OTE)

Are you a skilled Account Manager or Sales Executive with experience in automotive or technical products? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in Hayes, offering excellent earning potential up to £40K OTE.

This is not a cold-calling role. You will be provided with a select portfolio of clients to manage and develop, building strong relationships through proactive account management. The role also offers opportunities for travel and business development across the UK and potentially into the EMEA region, with the chance to attend expos in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients, nurturing and developing relationships.
  • Use your initiative to research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Handle sales leads and incoming calls, developing and closing sales.
  • Assist in managing over 12,000 unique parts, ensuring product knowledge is up to date.
  • Visit client sites as required (a driving license is preferred).
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media updates, video content, and promotional materials.
  • Take part in new projects, such as developing a catalogue and expanding the business across Europe.
  • Attend industry expos and represent the company at events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in sales, ideally within automotive or technical products.
  • Strong account management skills with a proven track record of growing client relationships.
  • Ability to manage and retain a large number of product lines.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy, able to contribute to social media and marketing campaigns.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • A driving license is highly desirable.
