HGV TECHNICIAN JOB ROLE:
Fully skilled candidates with a full UK/Irish Driving Licence - Class C or C+E (HGV1) preferred but not essential.
Knowledge of the use / operations of all automotive equipment and testing /troubleshooting equipment.
Ability to lift and manoeuvre Heavy Vehicle Components.
Demonstrated ability to make decisions and work on own initiative.
Experience in maintaining HGV's within a similar role
Knowledge of PSV/HGV maintenance
Electrical circuits and systems knowledge
Knowledge of engineering procedures and Health & Safety legislation
Inspection of vehicles for the scheduled maintenance Desirable but not essential
Working hours: 45 per week 08.00-18.00
Salary: £16.00-£20.00 + overtime @ time
* 20 days holiday a year + Bank holidays
