ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are searching for a Plumber to be a part of a skilled team, maintenance projects in occupied properties on behalf of a widely known housing association,
Van and fuel card are provided,
Overtime is optional,
Competitive pay rates (Up to £43k per annum)
Based on a 42.5 hour working week,

Based in the Hayes area.
Duties will include day to day plumbing reactive maintenance repairs within occupied domestic houses in the social housing sector in the Hayes and surroudning areas.
If you have...
- Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
- A trade qualification(NVQ/City and Guilds)
- Relevant social housing/maintenance experience
- Clear understanding of duties involved in the role.
