This is a great opportunity to join an established firm of Estate Agents in the Cornwall area who require a Sales Negotiator for their Hayle office with on target earnings expected to be in the region of £30-40,000 depending on experience. They also have a fantastic commission structure in place for high achievers who go over target (including rates of up to 50%!!).
Our client is seeking an estate agency sales negotiator with either property sales or other industry sales & customer service experience to join the team in their Hayle office. You will be a driven individual with a proactive attitude towards your work and with great team spirit. Already working in the sales industry, you will be able to demonstrate high levels of customer service and an ability to meet targets and manage workloads effectively. Once a property sale has been agreed you are also responsible for managing it through to completion so excellent admin & IT skills are also required.

Our client is looking for someone to start immediately (subject to giving any notice they may have) and the role is full time. They will consider a trainee from a good customer service background / sales background.
Basic salary in the region of £22-23,000 with an on target earning potential of £30-40,000 pa depending on experience. Excellent commission structure of up to 50% of commission on personal banking over £100,000!! You will need your own car for carrying out appointments including viewings and possible valuations in the future. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm, half hour lunch, Saturdays on a rota (which will more than likely be every other) from 9am to 4pm but a lieu day in the preceding week
