We are seeking an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our dedicated care team. This is a full-time role, offering 36-40 hours per week at a competitive rate of £12.20 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
- Supervise and mentor junior care staff, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Support the development and implementation of personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with care standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
- Previous experience in a senior healthcare role.
