A fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate looking to work in IT support, working within a friendly team. This is an entry level role for those looking to start their career and develop their IT knowledge further. You will be responsible for avariety of duties including:
- Responding to IT support requests via phone, email and ticketing systems
- Troubleshoot, diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues related to hardware, software and networks
- Building postiive relationships with users, providing good customer service and friendly communication with customers
- Logging incidents, support requests, known IT issues and resolutions within the ticketing system
- General basic IT admin such as user account management, software installations, password resets
- Basic IT troubleshooting, advising users on guidance
- Escalating complex issues to 2nd or 3rd line support when needed
Ideally you will be a strong communicator who is passionate about a career in IT and who enjoys problem solving and providing excellent customer service. You should have some basic understand of Windows/Macs OS, MS Office, common software applications etc but the company are happy to provide training.
An IT related certification would be highly beneficial but not essential. Previous experience in customer service or helpdesk support would also be an advantage.
