Grafton Banks Finance are working with a well-established, growing services company with offices on the outskirts of Haywards Heath, West Sussex to recruit an actively studying Part Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Management Accountant on a full-time permanent basis. Offering Hybrid working 3 days in office and 2 days from home.

Reporting into the Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting with producing the monthly management accounts and support the growing business needs in providing accurate and timely management information. 

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly Management Accounts
  • All general accounts production
  • Balance sheet reconciliation's
  • Group budget consolidation
  • Assisting the annual audit
  • Producing reports and managing performance statistics.

The successful candidate will be actively studying towards an accounting qualification. ACA, ACCA, CIMA. You will have strong IT knowledge including Excel skills, alongside excellent communication skills. Strong experience around management accounts and financial information. Practical working experience is essential. Hybrid working is available after the initial training period.
