School Administrator - Outskirts of Haywards Heath

Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be partnering with a well-established education-focused organisation near to Haywards Heath. They're looking for a proactive and dedicated School Administrator to join their welcoming team.

  • Competitive Salary: £25,100 per annum for 45 weeks' work per year (7 weeks' holiday)
  • Permanent, Full-Time Role: Monday to Friday, 08:45 -17:00, with a 16:30 finish on Fridays
  • Term-Time Flexibility: 7 weeks of paid holidays taken during school breaks
  • Location: Based near Haywards Heath, with free on-site parking - a valid driving licence and own transport is essential due to the rural setting

As a School Administrator, you'll be a key support in daily school operations and help foster a positive educational environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling general administration tasks such as phone enquiries, processing mail, and ordering supplies
  • Ensuring daily attendance registers are accurately maintained
  • Managing student records and keeping them organised and up to date
  • Supporting the Business Manager with recruitment and site management
  • Assisting with health and safety compliance across the site

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Proven administrative experience with strong IT skills
  • Flexibility to take holidays outside of term times
  • A valid driving licence and access to their own vehicle due to the rural location
