Reed Accountancy are currently seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join a well-recognised and successful organisation. This is a 3-month temporary position with the chance of being extended. The role involves overseeing the production of sales invoices, managing collections, and supporting month-end financial tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Oversee the production of sales invoices and ensure the collection of outstanding debts within agreed timeframes.
  • Process payments received by the business and allocated cash to client accounts accurately.
  • Conduct reconciliations and support with month-end tasks to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Lead investigations into any discrepancies and queries related to sales ledger activities.
