Description
Responsibilities for a Customer Service Advisor
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customer's needs and provide accurate, valid and comprehensive information
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Work with customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Remain up-to-date with product knowledge
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
