The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our client, a small but growing construction business in Haywards Heath. Working as part of a close-knit team, the successful candidate will provide essential administrative support across various business functions, including project documentation, labour scheduling, and fleet management.

  • Maintain training documentation and staff training matrix
  • Produce and manage O&M Manuals for completed construction projects
  • Oversee the labour schedule for site operatives
  • Administer the company fleet system, including booking services, MOTs, and repairs
  • Assist in compiling Health and Safety files for projects
  • Provide administrative support to Site Management teams
  • Create marketing materials, including brochures and capability documents
  • Assist in maintaining company certifications such as CHAS and CSCS
  • Prepare review forms, collate data, and maintain records

RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role. While experience in the construction industry is desirable, it is not essential. Strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and the ability to adapt to new systems are key attributes for this role. This position could suit someone who has worked as an Office Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Admin Assistant.
