Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls for orders, inquiries, and customer support with professionalism and efficiency.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product range to assist customers accurately and provide valuable insights.
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate and manage deliveries, including liaising with drivers and ensuring timely dispatch.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to drive due to location
- Must be okay with dogs in the office
