Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:

  • Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to enhance student learning.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
  • Assist in lesson preparation, classroom organisation, and tidying up.
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to reach their potential.

What We're Looking For:
