 HR AdministratorJob Type: TemporaryLocation: East Grinstead Reed Crawley is delighted to be supporting our key client based in East Grinstead, Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to join their Human Resources team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide essential support in various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department.

Day to Day of the Role:Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and preparing job offer contracts Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.Provide support for payroll processing when necessary, including record updates and information verification.Respond to internal and external HR-related enquiries or requests and provide assistance as needed.Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.Assist with the organisation of training sessions. Help organise and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle data with confidentiality.Good problem-solving ability.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate.Opportunity to develop HR skills and knowledge in a practical setting.Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.Flexible working arrangements.To apply for this HR Administrator role, please apply on line and Claire will be in touch
