This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated IT professional to join our busy IT team. The successful candidate will become a key point of technical reference and support for the College, working as the senior technician within the IT Helpdesk.

We are looking for someone who can truly hit the ground running and make a significant contribution as we continue working to deliver our IT strategy in becoming a leading school in the use of technology.

The role will broadly cover all Tier 2/3 areas of IT support, including planning, installation and maintenance of the College’s physical and cloud infrastructures, ensuring that access is provided to these resources.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, usually Monday to Friday, for 52 weeks per year. There is a requirement to work flexibly, including occasional evening and weekend work.

Rate of Pay: The salary for this role is £32,000 - £37,000 per year, depending on previous experience.

Holiday: 25 days’ holiday entitlement per year, plus bank holidays. Five days to be taken during the Christmas closedown period.
