Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Solicitor in Private Client law
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a diverse caseload with professionalism and efficiency
• In-depth knowledge and experience in preparing and advising on wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Expertise in private trust work and associated areas of private client law
• Exceptional communication skills paired with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong networking and interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach to business development and client engagement

Advantageous Attributes

• STEP qualification or significant progress towards achieving it
• Expertise in estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and complex cases
• A solid understanding of tax law relevant to trusts and estates

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a busy and varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, LPAs, probate, and trusts, with minimal pervision
• Provide tailored legal advice on estate administration, probate, and private trust arrangements
• Prepare and draft complex wills and LPAs while advising clients on their unique circumstances
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering personalised and high-quality service
• Collaborate with colleagues in a supportive and established team environment while confidently working autonomously
• Contribute to the firm's reputation by fostering lasting relationships with clients across generations
• Actively engage in business development initiatives to expand the client base and promote the team's services
