They are currently seeking a Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX, Solicitor, or an experienced Conveyancing Executive to join their busy conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, though this doesn't have to be post-qualification (PQE). The role offers a great opportunity to independently manage your own caseload, with minimal supervision and shared support in relation to file opening and AML checks.

You'll be joining a tight-knit, collaborative team of three where support is always available. Team members cover for each other in cases of short absences, ensuring seamless service delivery. With a pet-friendly, open-plan office, this firm fosters a relaxed yet professional environment. There is no pressure to hit billing targets-client care is the priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of approximately 60 files
  • Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages
  • Running files independently, including the ability to manage transactions from instruction to completion
  • Ensuring a high level of client service and care
  • Using case management systems to streamline and track progress

This role offers the chance to play a key part in the conveyancing team, ensuring smooth property transactions for clients and directly contributing to the firm's client-focused success. Your expertise will help maintain the firm's reputation for reliability, care, and transparency in property transactions.
