The Role

This position offers the chance to be a leading Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, managing a variety of conveyancing transactions, including shared ownership work. You'll play a leading role in maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring efficient case management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters, including newbuilds, shared ownerships, sales, purchases and remortgages. You will be responsible for all day-to-day legal transactional duties associated with these matters.

About You 

You will:

• Have 2+ years PQE experience in a conveyancing team or legal environment, particularly with shared ownership transactions
• Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
