Legal Secretary

I am currently representing a leading law firm specialising in Private Client and Conveyancing. We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team.

As a Legal Secretary, you will play a crucial role in supporting the legal team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing and organising case files and legal records
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates
  • Handling client inquiries and communications
  • Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information
  • Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
  • Performing general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures
