About the Role:

Reed Crawley is exclusively partnered with a local organisation who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Office Manager to support the Management Team. This pivotal role involves managing agendas, circulating papers, minuting meetings, and tracking follow-up actions. You will act as a Personal Assistant to 2 Directors, preparing agendas for key meetings and maintaining a thorough understanding of the issues being addressed by senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage support for the Management Team and Leader, ensuring availability and prioritising conflicting demands.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Leader,, and Management Team, handling queries with confidentiality and sensitivity.
  • Manage diaries and arrange meetings, making judgements on priorities.
  • Ensure the Leader, are fully briefed and prepared for meetings.
  • Liaise with external parties and internal parties 
  • Lead staff engagement initiatives and organise events such as Staff Forums.
  • Internal Comms and Social Media Page 

About You:

You will have excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive issues appropriately. You will be adept at building constructive relationships and facilitating excellent team working and organisational leadership.
