Project Administrator

Full time permanent role

Mon-Fri 0900-1700. Hybrid working with flexibility to work from home with office attendance around once a week or whenever required.

Office based Haywards Heath. Close proximity to town centre and railway station with free street parking nearby

Salary £25000 per annum plus very good all round company benefits

The role - Project Administrator

Working as a key member of the team, giving admin support across all areas of the business including project team, business development team and general office admin. This is a very busy role and will require you to be highly motivated, organised and be able to multi task whilst working to deadlines.

Duties will include:

Working with the project teams to clearly understand expectations for each campaign, from the initial planning stages to the completion of the event

Register delegates for all events across the business, ensuring that data is accurately maintained and held to a high standard

Managing various Outlook in-boxes, handling incoming registration calls and address any queries effectively

Provide support for the registration hotline during live webinars, addressing delegate queries such as last-minute registrations, missing links and assisting the client sales team

Supporting with creating weekly delegate lists in preparation for sending to clients, ensuring data is up to date and formatted correctly

Supporting onsite (event) registration process which will require some occasional travel within the UK with fully expensed overnight stays

Collect analytics data from various platforms, including Google Analytics and Vimeo, and manage the data into comprehensive reports

Supporting the senior management team with ad hoc admin duties

Updating and uploading items to websites for the business

Sending email mailings via the database

Supporting Project Manager/Project Exec with general ad-hoc admin duties to support client

Keeping the events calendar up to date

Proofreading resources across the business

Experience, competencies and knowledge required:

Ability to use Microsoft Office packages to a good level - Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to adapt and learn multiple website software

High levels of attention to detail

Good ability to multi-task and prioritise

Good customer facing skills

Extremely organised

An ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Some office admin experience required
