Are you a Workday pro with a passion for clean data and clear insights? We're on the lookout for a Workforce Reporting Analyst to join our People team for a 12-15 month maternity cover contract.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Workday and Adaptive Planning environment-owning data accuracy, supporting dashboard creation, and enhancing reporting capabilities. You'll play a key role in workforce planning by delivering smart, reliable metrics that help guide business decisions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintaining and validating workforce data in Workday

  • Supporting regular HR reporting and dashboard development

  • Assisting with Workday Adaptive Planning improvements

  • Ensuring consistency across key reporting fields

  • Handling data queries and contributing to system enhancements

What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on Workday experience, especially in workforce data/reporting

  • Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus

  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, PowerQuery, pivot tables)

  • Previous HR analytics or workforce planning experience

  • Clear communication and a sharp eye for data detail

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work mostly from home, with one day a week in our Haywards Heath office.
