Locum Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist
- We would be looking at band 6 full time in the community therapy team. The post would most likely be in Haywards heath but also possible option of being Horsham based.
- Previous NHS or Social Care experience would be preferred
- Must be HCPC Registered, drive and have access to a car.
