Full-time 8 hours a day, to be completed between core hours of 8am-6pm.

HR & Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Assist with DBS update checks
  • Assist with any HR projects as necessary
  • Ordering and posting resources (first aid kits etc.)
  • Assist HR coordinator with onboarding checks
  • Place stationery orders for the office and ensure all equipment in the office is maintained
  • Sort all incoming and outgoing post, arrange couriers as and when required, taking post to the post office.

HR & Office Administrator will have / be:

  • Proven experience in administrative role
  • Great attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Driver with own transport
