THE ROLE:
Overall, you will help administer a suite of residential properties for a benevolent occupational charity. Reporting directly to the CEO you will be involved in:
- Providing administrative support
- Handle reception duties, managing calls and visitors
- Liaise with trustees, members and volunteers
- Compile agendas, papers and minutes for meetings
- Oversee office supplies
- Perform general "housekeeping" such as organising lunches and post deliveries.
- Able to work every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Previous office and administration experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations tactfully
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask
- Confident to manage the office independently when required.
- £18,000 (equivalent to £30,000 full time equivalent)
- 25 days holiday + public holidays + Christmas shutdown, pro-rata
- Up to 8% contributory pension.
