Our client are an award winning housebuilder who are consistently 5 star rated with a reputation for quality and innovation. They are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead a project team in the delivery of a flagship 450-unit timber frame development in East Sussex.

**This is an exciting opportunity to:**

* **Head up a large-scale project** from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of construction.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement the project plan, ensuring timely and efficient delivery within budget.
* Manage all aspects of construction, including procurement, sub-contracting, and quality control.
* Lead a team of Site Managers, Assistants, and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
* Monitor progress against targets, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
* Adhere to health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.

**Skills and Experience:**

* Proven track record as a Project Manager in the residential construction industry.
* Extensive experience with timber frame construction methodologies.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in project management software and tools.
* A thorough understanding of building regulations and health and safety standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
