Property Manager - Haywards Heath

A leading residential lettings firm in Haywards Heath seeks a dedicated, full-time Property Manager to support the growth and management of a thriving portfolio of 120-150 properties. This role is essential to delivering the high standard of service their clients have come to expect as they continue to expand their footprint in Sussex, Hampshire, and Surrey.

Position Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 6:00pm, with occasional flexibility to meet business needs.
  • Salary: £25,000 - £30,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant and Landlord Support: Act as the primary contact for both landlords and tenants, addressing property maintenance requests, managing tenant queries, and ensuring timely, high-quality responses.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with contractors and clients to address property maintenance needs, issuing work orders, managing invoicing, and overseeing the completion of repairs and improvements.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure legal requirements are consistently met, including gas safety checks, EICRs, tenancy renewals, and deposit registrations.
  • Inventory & Tenancy Management: Conduct property visits, prepare new inventories, and handle all aspects of tenant check-ins and check-outs.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain impeccable records, manage scheduling, and ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
