Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging drama lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Direct school plays and productions, providing students with opportunities to showcase their talents.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic and personal development.
- Maintain a positive, creative, and safe learning environment for all students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote interdisciplinary learning.
- Participate in departmental meetings, school training, and professional development sessions.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching drama at secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for drama.
